Communications and Marketing
Acadia’s Office of Communications and Marketing is responsible for developing and implementing integrated communications strategies designed to advance Acadia University's image and standing among wide-ranging target audiences.
Stewardship of Acadia’s brand is Communications and Marketing’s primary responsibility. Our team is tasked to develop and implement strategies that include building and protecting the University's brand position and identity, providing consultation on marketing efforts undertaken by departments and schools, coordinating the University's advertising, media relations, and production activities, managing University publications and supporting Acadia’s web and social media presence, as well as working to improve internal and external communications processes.
Partnerships are the cornerstone of our work—we collaborate with all colleagues across all sectors of campus to ensure we reach a;; audiences in the most effective manner possible.
We provide resources and tools that support key initiatives, serve the collective good of Acadia, and help solve communications challenges across campus. Some of our platforms directly engage key stakeholder audiences and other work is behind-the-scene, supporting a broad range of campus community members.
